Yin Energy Medicine is a continuation and expansion, resulting from years of study in the field of wellness, health, and healing.

Liina was born in Estonia, a small country on the coast of Baltic Sea where most of the land is covered by wild forest. With this upbringing came a deep connection and understanding of Nature and the ways the body can heal with natural medicine.

In her early twenties she received her Diploma in Holistic Massage from Ireland and later expanded her knowledge by studying Myotherapy and various Energy healing modalities while living in Netherlands.

Her lifelong passion and interest in yoga and Ayurveda culminated in 2018, when she became a certified yoga teacher.

It was during this time that she saw the limitations of her chosen professional career as a massage therapist, and she set out on her 6 year study of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Melbourne.

Acupuncture is an ancient technique that involves the insertion of very thin, sterile needles on specific

"acu-points "on the body. These points are electromagnetic by nature and travel through energetic pathways called meridians. According to one theory, the meridians lie within the connective tissue and act as antennae between the subtle and physical body.

Acupoint stimulation either with needles or manual pressure has a calming effect on the nervous system, it induces biochemical changes and thus stimulates the body's natural healing ability.

At Yin Energy Medicine only the best quality oils, massage creams, herbal liniments and healing balms are used,

primarily organic and biodynamic products.
